SeaBreeze is a brand new villa situated in a very privileged location on the northwest coast of Kea, a stone’s throw away from the sandy beach of
Otzias. Enjoy comfort and all modern amenities combined with soothing sunset views and immediate access to the sea.
The villa, coveringa living area of 170 s.m., can accommodate up to 8 guests in spaces
that combine comfortability with functionality and it’s laid out in two levels. The upper level consists of an open area which includes a very
comfortable living room with a dining area, a well equipped kitchen and aguest’s wc. The living area opens up to a beautiful veranda, where a
shaded dinner table stands. There you can dine al fresco, enjoying the sea vistas.

An interior staircase leads to the lower level which
is also accessible from a separate outside entrance. On this level there are four spacious bedrooms, two with double beds, one with a king size
bed and the other with two singles. Two bathrooms complete the level.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air-conditions. We also provide baby cote bed with mattress upon request.
