Built in the island’s distinctive local stone and surrounded by terraces, gardens and traditional dry-stone walls, the villa has been designed around outdoor living. From morning coffee overlooking the sea to long lunches in the shade and relaxed evenings with family and friends, there are numerous corners in which to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Kea.

At the heart of the property is a large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded areas for relaxing during the warm summer days. The villa offers several outdoor living spaces, including two separate dining areas and a spacious covered chill-out lounge with built-in sofas. One of the dining terraces enjoys particularly beautiful, uninterrupted views over the Aegean, creating a memorable setting for breakfast, sunset drinks or dinner under the stars.

Inside, the house retains the relaxed character of a traditional island home. Whitewashed walls, exposed wooden ceilings and natural stone floors are complemented by comfortable furnishings and touches of blue inspired by the surrounding sea. Large openings frame the landscape, including a wonderful picture window in the living area that brings the Aegean directly into the house.

The main house accommodates four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, comfortable living areas and a fully equipped kitchen for guests who enjoy cooking and dining at home.

Additional accommodation is provided in independent guest houses, offering extra privacy and making the villa particularly well suited to extended families or groups of friends travelling together. Each guest house features a double bed and two sofa beds suitable for children up to 15 years old, allowing families to enjoy their own space while remaining part of the wider group.

Perhaps the villa's greatest pleasure, however, is the freedom it offers to spend almost the entire day outdoors. Guests can move between the swimming pool, shaded terraces, dining areas and peaceful stone courtyards, always finding somewhere to relax. Mature Mediterranean planting, bougainvillea, traditional terracotta pots and the property's beautiful stonework give the outdoor spaces an unmistakably Greek island atmosphere.
